Typhoon Pepito (international name: Man-yi) has further weakened as it exited the Luzon landmass and traversed near the coast of La Union and Pangasinan on Sunday night, according to the state weather bureau.

Typhoon Pepito will continue to stir heavy rains in parts of Luzon as it moves away from the country on Monday, PAGASA said.

Typhoon “Pepito” (international name: Man-yi) has weakened further after crossing the landmass of Luzon, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Sunday,
